In the last hours on social media many testimonies of gamers have appeared who received a <strong>999-day<\/strong> <strong>ban <\/strong>for violating the <strong>rules of conduct <\/strong>imposed by the <strong>Canadian <\/strong>software house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>EA Sports<\/strong> also release an official release which report at bottom of news. For example, this could mean:<ul><li>Making targeted attacks or engaging in hate speech around race, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, country of origin, etc.<\/li><li>Engaging in any form of sexual harassment or unwelcome sexual advances.<\/li><li>Sending&nbsp;repeated unwanted messages or harassing other members of the\n EA community, including EA employees, in-game on other online \nplatforms; creating a new account solely to continue harassment.<\/li><li>Invading&nbsp;another person\u2019s privacy or attempting to identify EA users\n in the real world, picking fights, griefing, threatening violence or \nself-destructive behavior.<\/li><li>Harassing EA community managers when not satisfied with a resolution.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Pretend to be someone you\u2019re not.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>That means impersonating other players, community members, \ncelebrities, EA employees and anyone else with the purpose to deceive or\n defraud. This also includes saying your uncle works at EA and can ban \nother players; no one\u2019s buying it.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Abuse reporting tools.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>While we always welcome feedback, don\u2019t abuse in-game support or  complaint buttons by making false reports to EA staff. You can find more  info on how to use reporting tools at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/en\/help\/faq\/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EA Help<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keep Things Fair<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Play games the way that they were meant to be played. It\u2019s simple, nobody wants to play with a cheater; just don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714&nbsp; <strong>Understand and play within the rules of the game. Information on game rules can be found on <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EA Help<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714&nbsp; <strong>Understand that fair competition is in everyone\u2019s best interest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp; <strong>Use exploits, cheats, undocumented features, design errors, bugs or problems to get a leg up on others.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This includes using unsupported mods, unauthorized hardware or \naccessories, or specialized software to gain an unfair advantage, such \nas \u201caimbots\u201d or \u201ctriggerbots,\u201d intentionally \u201cboosting\u201d or \n\u201cteamkilling,\u201d or using exploits to gain in-game items. Seriously, \ncheaters never prosper.<\/li><li>If you find an exploit or bug, you can let us know by <a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/en\/help\/faq\/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-complaint\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reporting it<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp; <strong>Disturb the peace or make it harder for someone else to play the game.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This includes:<ul><li>Preventing the normal flow of gameplay, including using software or \nprograms that damage, interferes with an EA Service or another&#8217;s \ncomputer or property, such as denial of service attacks, spamming, or \nhacking.<\/li><li>Spamming the chat or abusing formatting options in chat, such as all caps, extra-large fonts, or repeated symbols or characters.<\/li><li>In-game actions, such as blocking access to an item or access point that is affecting gameplay for other players.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp; <strong>Promote or be involved in in-game currency buying \/ selling \/ farming.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This means using bots, going through a third-party, or using other \nunauthorized methods to gain in-game currency. This also includes buying\n \/ selling \/ trading in-game currency for real-world money.&nbsp; Learn the \nrules.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp; <strong>Offer to sell, buy, trade, or transfer your EA Account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>This includes giving someone else access to your EA Account, \nattempting to sell or selling your username and\/or account, logging into\n another players\u2019 account to level up their character or complete a \nlevel\/mission, or giving game lessons in exchange for compensation. You \ncan\u2019t share EA Accounts with anyone.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Share Clean Content<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uploading offensive and \nillicit content, adding corrupt files, sending spam, or anything along \nthose lines ruins the experience for everyone. Use good judgment and \nshare cool stuff that\u2019s appropriate for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714&nbsp; <strong>Think twice about the content that you\u2019re sharing and ask yourself if it might be offensive to others.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714&nbsp; <strong>Show respect for other players\u2019 content.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don\u2019t:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2716&nbsp; <strong>Post or distribute lewd, pirated, and\/or harmful content.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>For example, content that can be seen as abusive, hateful, \nharassing, profane, defamatory, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually \nexplicit, infringing, privacy-invasive, vulgar, offensive, indecent or \nunlawful.
