Electronic Arts<\/strong> through a press release has disclosed the official FAQ <\/strong>of the new FIFA 21<\/strong> football simulator. Thanks to this information, the community can have a clearer overview of all the game contents and the possibility of transferring them to the new generation consoles. In addition, EA has announced that it is working on Cross-Play<\/strong> and that it is their long-term goal and that they will keep it updated soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is FIFA 21 coming out on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

When is FIFA 21 coming out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FIFA 21 will launch worldwide on October 9, 2020<\/strong> for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. If you pre-order the FIFA 21 Ultimate Edition or Champions Edition you\u2019ll be able to play from October 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EA Access (PS4, Xbox One) and Origin Access (PC) Play First Trials will start on October 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When will you talk about FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

What does \u2018Dual Entitlement\u2019 mean?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Once you have your PlayStation5 or Xbox Series X, Dual Entitlement enables you to upgrade your copy of FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5, or from Xbox One to Xbox Series X, at no extra cost. You can find out more\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When do I need to redeem by?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Dual Entitlement offer will let you upgrade your copy of the game at no extra cost up until the release of FIFA 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Will my progress on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One carry over to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All progress you make or content you acquire within FIFA 21 Ultimate \nTeam (including players, items, coins, FIFA Points, match record, and \nleaderboard placement), as well as all progression in VOLTA FOOTBALL \nwill transfer from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and back, or Xbox One \nto Xbox Series X and back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress within all other modes including Online Seasons, Co-Op \nSeasons, Career Mode, Pro Clubs, etc. will be specific to the console \nyou are playing on and won\u2019t transfer between consoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do I need my PlayStation 4 or Xbox One FIFA 21 disc to play on PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FIFA 21 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X will be a digital version \nof the game which you\u2019ll be able to download once the game launches \nlater this year. If you buy a physical copy of FIFA 21, you\u2019ll need the \ndisc to be inserted into your PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X to be able \nto launch FIFA 21 on those consoles. If you intend to buy a discless \nconsole, you will need to purchase FIFA 21 digitally to take advantage \nof the Dual Entitlement offer as physical discs cannot currently be used\n to upgrade to discless consoles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pre-Order<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

How do I pre-order FIFA 21 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X? And what benefits do I get for doing so?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FIFA 21 on PlayStation 5 is bundled with the PlayStation 4 version, as with Xbox One and Xbox Series X. If you pre-order FIFA 21 on PlayStation 4 you\u2019ll also get the game on PlayStation 5, and pre-ordering on Xbox One will get you access to the game on Xbox Series X.

Do the FUT 21 pre-order benefits carry over from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and Xbox One to Xbox Series X?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

FIFA 21 Ultimate Team pre-order content will need to be redeemed \nwithin the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of FIFA 21, but will then\n transfer over to the corresponding next generation console (PlayStation\n 5 and Xbox Series X).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new Homegrown Talent pre-order benefit will automatically assign a\n local youngster with world-class potential to the first club you choose\n to manage in FIFA 21 Career Mode. The player\u2019s nationality will \ncorrespond to the country of the league in which you\u2019re managing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is the Career Mode Homegrown Talent pre-order benefit one-time only or will it be usable in every new save?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Career Mode Homegrown Talent pre-order benefit will apply to \nevery new save you start on your profile. It will carry over from \nPlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and Xbox One to Xbox Series X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
