The Question & Answer<\/strong> dedicated to the Ultimate Team mode<\/strong>, organized on the social network Twitter, with the developers of the new FIFA 21 football<\/strong> simulator has ended a few minutes ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Below is a complete recap of all the questions asked by the community and the answers given by the developers of EA Sports.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Where will Squad Building Challenges be found in the new menus?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> We’ve seen a few of you concerned about the lack of SBCs on the screenshots from the Pitch Notes earlier. They’ll be available under the Play menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will icon sbcs return to fifa 21? In which maybe you have a system with icon sbcs and icon swaps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> We\u2019re not announcing any content plans today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: If I get a PS5, but my friend still has a PS4, will we be able to play FUT Co-op together? (Same question for Xbox Series X and Xbox One)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> You won’t be able to play across console generations or cross-play in FIFA 21. However, you will be able to carry over your FUT progression from PS4 to PS5 and Xbox 1 to Xbox Series X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will FUT Events be the main new mode in which Season Objectives are completed in, or will that just be a new extension to the pre-existing system in which Objectives are completed in Rivals\/Squad Battles?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Live FUT Friendlies will at times through the year be tied to Season Objectives. You will continue to find objectives associated with Rivals and Squad Battles as well in FUT 21.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will the PS5 and PS4 users be on the same FUT market? For instance, if I list a card on the PS4 will someone on the PS5 be able to buy it?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> Yes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can we choose who we play against in 2v2 FUT Co-op Friendlies? (Ex: Me and a friend on one team invite 2 friends who are both on the same team) Or are we only able to play random people online?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>We’ve seen your feedback, but for FUT 21 we do not have support for game invites from Co-Op sessions, this includes FUT Friendlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Is draft in fut 21? If so, why cant we play coop fut in draft?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> Draft is in FUT 21, although Co-Op won’t be supported. We\u2019ve prioritized adding Co-Op to the most popular ways to play FUT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: If i want to grind objectives, is it possible to decide if i use one of my 30 games in Rivals. Or do i need to play my 30 games first before i can start to grind objectives.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Your first 30 games in Division Rivals count towards your Weekly Score and allow you to complete Objectives. Beyond your first 30 games, the Weekly Score will be the only thing that stops counting for progression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Am i still able to play on Ps4 with my Account after carrying it over to Ps5?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> Yes, just not at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will there be tournaments<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> We\u2019re delivering Live FUT Friendlies with the ability to include objectives and a limited number of attempts. At times throughout the year, these Live Friendlies will feel similar to the experience of the old DKTs, while not being limited to that win 4 in a row experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Is it possible to disable colored lines across the pitch (of opponents)? I think the yellow or pink lines really should not belong on a football pitch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> You have full control over the look of your own stadium, however, when playing away at an opponent’s stadium you will always see white pitch lines. Considerations were made to ensure customization does not create accessibility issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: On the pitch notes it shows that the FUT champions points is 500, can you confirm that it is to remain 500 champion points?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Those screenshots are from a build in development, Champions points requirements for the Weekend League will remain 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Will we be able to use our new customized stadium in Fut Champs as opposed to everyone using the standard FEWC Stadium every game?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A:<\/strong> Yes, all Weekend League Matches will be played in the FUT Champions Stadium. Any customizations that you have applied to your Club will be visible to your opponent when you are the home team, with the exception of pitch line customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Q: Can you explain more about Meaningful Moments? Is it a new specific special card that we will be receiving through packs\/SBCs or is it similar to a card type we’ve had in FIFA 20 like TOTW?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: <\/strong>Moments Items will be released in the same way as previous years. In FUT 21 we\u2019ll be able to upgrade individual Attributes rather than an entire category like Shooting which would raise all Attributes associated with Shooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bonus:<\/strong> Removing fitness is a better experience for players. Many players would play a percentage of their matches with a squad that wasn\u2019t at it\u2019s best if fitness wasn\u2019t being managed. We’re able to make the time between matches less tedious and improve the overall gameplay experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
