Last night’s news of not releasing a playable FIFA 21 demo<\/a> <\/strong>caused the anger and disappointment of fans who were eagerly waiting to try EA Sports’ new football game<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The comments on the official pages and the tweets <\/strong>have been copious and the hypotheses about this strange decision have been many and in some cases even toxic<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the most popular hypotheses is to run the risk of finding a copy <\/strong>of FIFA 20<\/strong> in your hands. An evaluation that we exclude given the countless improvements <\/strong>introduced in the career mode<\/strong> and the interesting innovations that we will find in the popular FIFA 21 Ultimate Team<\/strong> mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hypothesis of an insufficiently developed gameplay may be implausible, in fact the version for the current gen consoles<\/strong> is the starting point for the optimization of the version for the new generation platforms PlayStation 5<\/strong> and Xbox Series X<\/strong>. Thanks to the service Free Dual Entitlement<\/strong> owners of FIFA 21<\/strong> for PS4<\/strong> and Xbox One<\/strong> will be able to get the version for the Next Gen for free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the presence of novelties such as Agile Dribbling<\/a><\/strong>, Creative Runs<\/a><\/strong> and the greater effectiveness of the Head shots<\/strong> have “forced”<\/strong> the Canadian software house to heavily modify the new gameplay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, we share the theory of a non-release of the demo to give greater visibility and importance to the EA Play subscription<\/strong>. In fact, thanks to this service it will be possible to try in absolute preview, starting from 1 October and for 10 hours<\/strong>, the final version<\/strong> of the new FIFA 21 <\/strong>football simulator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also not to be overlooked is the cancellation of some important summer fairs<\/strong> ( E3<\/strong>, Gamescom<\/strong> ), due to COVID<\/strong>, which did not “oblige” Eletronic Arts<\/strong> to have to develop a playable version<\/strong> for Showfloor. In fact, the Demo <\/strong>is normally a stable version of the Build <\/strong>tested by the various Game Changers<\/strong> in Cologne<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
