It\u2019s easy to play by our rules if you know what they are.<\/p>\n
There are a few rules that we\u2019d like you to be aware of for FIFA so you and other players have the best experience. We have these rules to keep things fun and fair for everyone that plays FIFA, and anyone that breaks them can get banned. Avoid getting your account suspended or banned by keeping things honest and by not cheating.<\/p>\n
Coin distribution inflates the FIFA economy. That means disrupting the safe buying and selling environment that legitimate players are trying to use to get the players they need for their Ultimate Team at fair market value.<\/p>\n
We all want to help a friend out, but sending them FUT Coins isn\u2019t the way to do it. Sending Coins to your friends is a form of Coin distribution and it breaks our rules.<\/p>\n
It breaks our rules if you use the FUT Transfer Market to transfer Coins to another player instead of legitimately getting a player item for a fair amount of Coins. This means you transfer an amount of Coins for a player item that\u2019s way higher than the average Coin price of the item. This could be between friends, or it could be for selling Coins. Either way, it\u2019s against our rules.<\/p>\n
Giveaways are another form of coin distribution. For example, a player or site offers you Coins in exchange for subscribing. Don\u2019t do it! It\u2019s against our rules.<\/p>\n
Having multiple accounts and funneling Coins and Items to your main account breaks our rules, too<\/p>\n
Don’t buy Coins<\/b><\/p>\n
You can earn FUT Coins by playing FUT and trading within the Transfer Market, but you can\u2019t purchase them. Buying coins from a third-party is against our rules.<\/p>\n
A few ways to earn FUT Coins are:<\/p>\n
Buying Coins helps to create an uneven playing field. Because of the influx in Coins in the market, prices for items become inflated. This in turn affects the player economy when the prices of items on in the Transfer Market increase and become unaffordable. This also takes away the opportunity to buy affordable items from players who earned their Coins legitimately.<\/p>\n
If you buy Coins, you\u2019re at risk for having your account information stolen by phishers. Some Coin Sellers need account login information to give out Coins, so they can just as easily remove players and Coins, too. Then they\u2019ll turn around and make a profit off of the items they steal and hack someone else. Help keep your account safe and don\u2019t give your login information to anyone, especially not to buy Coins.<\/p>\n
Buying \u201cmule\u201d accounts or performing comfort trades are not allowed. These things are against our rules because they have a negative impact on the game economy, and they damage gameplay for you and other players. When in doubt, don\u2019t do it.<\/p>\n
You can only access FIFA, FIFA Ultimate Team, and our FIFA servers using an official version of EA SPORTS FIFA, otherwise it breaks our rules. An official version is one that you bought from us or an authorized retailer. You must also use either an unmodified platform or the official FUT Web and FUT Companion Apps to avoid breaking our rules. An unmodified platform is a console or PC that no one has adjusted or added anything to that would change the way it functions. In other words, the console must work the way it did when it came out of the box from an authorized retailer, and the PC does not have any software running to modify the game or the game\u2019s interactions with EA.<\/p>\n
If you share your credentials with someone who is using a modified platform, that breaks our rules too.<\/p>\n
We don\u2019t want you to use third party apps and browser extensions because it puts your account at risk. When you use these third-party apps and browser extensions, your login info can be visible to third parties and someone could use that info to take over your account. Browser extensions can capture your passwords, track your web browsing, insert ads into web pages you visit, and more.<\/p>\n
If you use any sort of in-game bots so you can earn Coins fast and illegitimately, that\u2019s breaking the rules.\u00a0Making transactions outside of in-game, Companion app, or Web app limits or playing in an unauthorized way that gives you an unfair advantage hurts the experience for you and other players.<\/p>\n

Promoting the sale of Coins anywhere within our games or forums breaks our rules. Buying Coins breaks our code of trust.<\/p>\n
Like we said above, you can earn Coins in a bunch of different ways in FIFA. But farming Coins is a big no-no.<\/p>\n
Coin farming is when you get Coins fast and illegitimately, either by using bots in the Auction House or by tricking the game into thinking you\u2019re playing matches when you aren\u2019t.<\/p>\n
When you store a lot of Coins in your account, that\u2019s totally cool. As long as you\u2019re earning those Coins the right way in-game. Using any sort of Auction House bots or disconnection methods in-game, that\u2019s breaking the rules.<\/p>\n
Making a false claim to EA Help Advisors or any other EA representative is against our gameplay rules, and it\u2019s not cool. Breaking the rules makes it hard to provide a fun, safe, and secure environment for you and all players.<\/p>\n
It might seem like a no-brainer, but accessing another player\u2019s account is totally and completely against the rules.<\/p>\n
Nobody likes a cheater, so it\u2019s against our rules. Cheating can include, but isn\u2019t limited to, using external tools, performing in-game exploits, and abusing glitches or bugs. In-game cheating is not fair play and hurts the experience for the players you are playing against.<\/p>\n
We have our rules in place because we want FIFA to be a fair, fun, secure experience.<\/p>\n
