EA is investigating and we will provide an update as soon as we can.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fifaultimateteam.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/twitch-rewards-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24949\"><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s the difference between Twitch and Prime Gaming?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Twitch.tv<\/strong> is for watching Twitch streams. For games like Madden NFL, you can get daily drops from watching certain Twitch streams.<\/li><li><strong>Prime Gaming<\/strong> is for Amazon Prime members. If you\u2019re a Prime Gaming member, you can claim loot and rewards for our games.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For both of these, you\u2019ll need to link your EA Account to Twitch and Prime Gaming. You\u2019ll also want to make sure you have the correct console account linked to your EA Account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/settings\/connections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">You can check all your Twitch connections here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Link your Twitch account and Prime Gaming account to EA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Link your Twitch and Prime Gaming account<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can link your Prime Gaming account in your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/settings\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Twitch settings<\/a> or follow these steps.&nbsp;If you don\u2019t have a Twitch account to link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gaming.amazon.com\/loot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loot page on Prime Gaming<\/a>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Sign in<\/strong> on the top right.<\/li><li>Sign into your Amazon Account.<\/li><li>Once logged in, click <strong>Link Twitch Account<\/strong> on the top left of the screen.&nbsp;<\/li><li>An option to link your Twitter and Amazon Account will show up.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Link Accounts<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Log into your Twitch.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Link your Prime Gaming and EA Account<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After you\u2019ve linked your Twitch and Prime Gaming account, you can link your EA Account. Make sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.twitch.tv\/settings\/connections\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">double check that any consoles you play on are also linked to this account<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go back to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gaming.amazon.com\/loot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">offer page<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Click <strong>Claim <\/strong>on any EA promotions available.<\/li><li>A window will pop up with your Amazon Prime account information.<\/li><li>Confirm the information is correct, then click <strong>Continue<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Another window will pop up and ask you to link your Electronic Arts game account.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Go to Electronic Arts<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Sign in with your EA Account information. Make sure it\u2019s the same account you use for all other consoles and games you play.<\/li><li>You\u2019ll be asked again if you want to link your accounts. Click <strong>Yes, link them<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Claim Now<\/strong>. It may ask you to login to your EA Account again.<\/li><li>You\u2019ll see your reward was <strong>Successfully claimed<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should now see the Prime Gaming reward next time you play. You may need to restart your game to see these rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Already linked to Twitch? Link to an existing Amazon account<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gaming.amazon.com\/loot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">loot page on Prime Gaming<\/a> and find the game you want to get rewards for.<\/li><li>A menu will pop up that says <strong>Link your Amazon account<\/strong>. Click <strong>Link accounts<\/strong>.<\/li><li>A second menu will pop up that says EA would like access to your Prime membership. <strong>Click Allow<\/strong>.<\/li><li>A window will pop up that says <strong>Successfully claimed<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You should now see the Prime Gaming reward next time you play. You may need to restart your game to see these rewards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Unlinking your accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Did you link the wrong EA Account to your Prime Gaming or Twitch account?
