Apparently the cards will certainly receive a further upgrade of at least<strong> 2 OVR <\/strong>points. It is not clear whether it will be a 2 IF upgrade. According to the information provided, <strong>the Promo<\/strong> should be called <strong>&#8220;What IF&#8221;<\/strong> and will replace the annual <strong>Carniball event<\/strong>; as happened with the <strong>RuleBreakers<\/strong> cards that replaced the <strong>Screamers<\/strong> this October.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the moment the news received from the insiders must be considered as simple indiscrtions as <strong>EA SPORTS<\/strong> has not disclosed any details.
