First try logging out of FUT and logging back in again. Sometimes the Points will be stuck, and logging back in will help them come through to your account.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you still don\u2019t have them, we\u2019re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>your\u00a0proof of purchase<\/li>\n<li>your persona name (ID, PlayStation\u2122 Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where<\/li>\n<li>you\u2019re missing your Points<\/li>\n<li>the date you bought the Points<\/li>\n<li>how many Points you\u2019re missing<\/li>\n<li>any other details about your issue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Items, Coins, and players<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Did you just buy or sell something in the Transfer Market? Keep in mind that it can take up to\u00a048-hours before you see your Trade Pile or Watch List Items.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Did you submit players in a Squad Building Challenge (SBC)? When you submit players in SBCs, they\u2019re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.<\/h6>\n<p><strong>Get this stuff ready before you connect with an EA Advisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Your persona name (ID, PlayStation\u2122 Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you\u2019re missing your stuff.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">The date your stuff went missing.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">How the Coins or Items were lost: during an Auction, from your Trade Pile, never got a Reward, or disappeared when you logged in?<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Missing Items description: How many Coins are you missing?
