We\u2019ve removed Security Questions from FUT in FIFA 19. To help keep your FUT and your EA Account safe, turn on Login Verification for extra protection.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re still playing FIFA 18 or earlier, you\u2019ll still have a Security Question for your Ultimate Team. Keep reading on in this article to get help if you need to reset your question.<\/p>\n

Did you forget your Security Question and Answer? Get locked out of your console or the Web App? We can help!<\/p>\n

For these steps, you\u2019ll need to have access to your trusted console. That\u2019s the console where you set up your FUT and Security Question for the first time.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t have access to your trusted console or you forgot all of your secret information, contact us<\/a><\/b> so we can help you out. You’ll need to be near your console when you get in touch with us.<\/p>\n

How do I turn on Login Verification?<\/strong><\/h6>\n

Head to your Account and Billing settings, then go into the Security tab, either through origin.com<\/a>, the Origin client, or right here on EA Help! Here\u2019s how to do that:<\/p>\n
