Find out more about accessing the Closed Beta here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>WHO GETS INVITED TO THE BETA?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because of limited space in the Closed Beta, not everyone that\u2019s opted in will get an email with a code, and our EA Advisors can\u2019t grant additional ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your Beta code is just for you, and it can only be used on the EA Account that receives the code. It can\u2019t be transferred to another account or shared with another player.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ll send a code to selected FIFA players in the US and the UK who are&nbsp;opted in to get EA emails, to the email address that\u2019s linked to their EA Account. If you\u2019re selected, you can jump in and play from August 11 &#8211; September 1, 2021 once you redeem your code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emails include a Closed Beta access code for PlayStation or Xbox. The Beta is not available on Nintendo Switch or PC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The rules<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>You must be 18 years old or older.<\/li><li>You\u2019ll need to have an internet connection and an EA Account to play. You\u2019ll also need to accept the User Agreement and the FIFA 22 Beta Agreement.<\/li><li>It\u2019s against&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/help\/faq\/play-by-the-ea-rules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">our rules<\/a>&nbsp;to stream and capture images of Closed Beta gameplay and forums. If you break those rules, you\u2019ll lose access to the Beta and be placed on a no-access list for future opportunities. You\u2019ll also get a strike on any channels that you stream the Beta from.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send all Beta communication from&nbsp;<strong>EA@e.ea.com<\/strong>. Add this address as a safe sender to make sure you get our emails. Check your spam, junk, or social folder for any missed email messages from EA@e.ea.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HOW TO OPT INTO EMAILS FROM EA<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Opt in to our emails for a chance to get invited to try the Beta. Go to your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.ea.com\/cp-ui\/emailpreferences\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EA Account Email Preferences<\/a>&nbsp;and check the box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"624\" height=\"220\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fifaultimateteam.it\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/access-fifa-22-beta-opt-into-emails-from-ea.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31745\"><figcaption>The Manage your email preferences section with a checkbox to opt into emails from EA.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Some helpful tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If you\u2019ve changed your email address or no longer have access to the one you used to create your account,&nbsp;swap emails from one account to another.<\/li><li>If you can\u2019t remember which email address you\u2019re using for your EA Account,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/help\/account\/find-your-ea-account-email-address-using-your-game\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">use this article<\/a>&nbsp;for help finding it.<\/li><li>You can also add a secondary email address to your account. This helps you reset your password if you\u2019re locked out of your EA Account and primary email address. You can find the&nbsp;<strong>Secondary Email<\/strong>&nbsp;section at the bottom of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/myaccount.ea.com\/cp-ui\/security\/index\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Security tab<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>BETA DATES AND DETAILS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Closed Beta is from<strong> August 11 &#8211; September 1, 2021<\/strong>.&nbsp; If you got an email from us with your code, redeem it so you can test FIFA 22 gameplay before the full game launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Our advisors can&#8217;t give you a code if you don\u2019t get one.<\/li><li>Your code is just for you and it can\u2019t be transferred to another account or shared with another player.<\/li><li>Your progress does not carry over to the full game.<\/li><li>The Beta is only available to players in the United States and the United Kingdom. There may be some exceptions to this, based on certain feedback we are looking to get.<\/li><li>You need an online connection and an active subscription to Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation\u00aePlus to play.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Remember, live streaming and image capturing of Closed Beta gameplay or forums is against&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/help.ea.com\/help\/faq\/play-by-the-ea-rules\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">our rules<\/a>. If you break those rules, you\u2019ll lose access to the Beta and be placed on a no-access list for future opportunities. You\u2019ll also get a strike on any channels that you stream the Beta from<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What about PC and Nintendo Switch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s no Closed Beta for PC or Nintendo Switch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Game modes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We want to test certain things, so you\u2019ll have access to Kick-Off and one other game mode from the list below:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>VOLTA FOOTBALL<\/li><li>FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT)&nbsp;<\/li><li>Career Mode<\/li><li>Pro Clubs<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FIND A BUG OR HAVE FEEDBACK?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019re looking to gather as much feedback about the Beta as possible, so let us know what you think in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/answers.ea.com\/t5\/FIFA-22-Closed-Beta\/ct-p\/fifa-22-beta-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">our FIFA 22 Closed Beta forums on Answers HQ<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you find a bug, let us know about that on the forums, too.
