Unfortunately, an issue was found immediately. In fact, by opening the packs at 6:00 pm, instead of getting <strong>Team Ice players<\/strong>, the community continued to get<strong> Team Fire Players<\/strong>. The situation lasted for a couple of hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At 8:00 pm, however, <strong>Electronic Arts <\/strong>announced that it had resolved the issue and that now, by opening the packs, the correct Items are obtained. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, <strong>EA <\/strong>also added that those who have obtained the incorrect Player will be refunded with the correct item. What can I say, the Players were lucky as they will now have <strong>two <\/strong>versions (<strong>fire and Ice<\/strong>) of the same player and which they can eventually resell. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are sure that now there will be complaints from those who, for free, would like a <strong>FUT Versus Promo Item<\/strong> to compensate for the gifts made to other Players.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is the official press release:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-black-color has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-text-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re aware of reports of players receiving the incorrect version of Versus Player items. An issue was identified and going forward players will no longer be impacted.
