This decision comes following the painful events that took place in <strong>Ukraine <\/strong>in the last week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is not yet clear what will happen to<strong> Russian players<\/strong> in <strong>Ultimate Team<\/strong> such as the <strong>Yashin Icon<\/strong>. It appears that it will remain in the game at the moment, <strong>EA Sports<\/strong> reserves the right to make further changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stay tuned for new updates on the story. Below is the official press release:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;EA Sports stands in solidarity with the <strong>Ukrainian <\/strong>people and like so many voices across the world of football, calls for peace and an end to the invasion of <strong>Ukraine<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;In line with our partners at <strong>FIFA <\/strong>and <strong>UEFA<\/strong>,<strong> EA SPORTS<\/strong> has initiated processes to remove The <strong>Russian National Team <\/strong>and all <strong>Russian Clubs <\/strong>from <strong>EA Sports FIFA<\/strong> Products including: <strong>FIFA 22<\/strong>,<strong> FIFA Mobile<\/strong> and <strong>FIFA Online<\/strong>.
