At the same time, in order to incentivize players, they have also given away a <strong>free pack<\/strong> called the <strong>EA PLAY FUT Supercharge Pack<\/strong> to <strong>EA Play subscribers<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Update May 18th, 8:00 am <\/strong>&#8211; EA has recently resolved an issue with the EA Play FUT Supercharge Pack impacting <strong>Xbox platforms<\/strong>. This Pack will appear as <strong>&#8220;EA Play Playlist Pack&#8221;<\/strong> and can now be found in the <strong>&#8220;My Packs&#8221;<\/strong> section of the FUT Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All you have to do is go to the<strong> EA Play section<\/strong> on <strong>Xbox <\/strong>or <strong>PC <\/strong>and redeem the code to obtain the <strong>Supercharge Pack<\/strong>. Unfortunately, there have been numerous reports from users who have not yet received the gift pack, even after waiting for over an hour. According to some users, the issue seems to be only affecting <strong>Xbox users<\/strong>, while <strong>PlayStation <\/strong>players are able to redeem the <strong>Supercharge Pack<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EA is undoubtedly working to resolve the situation, but there are no official communications at the moment. We will update you as soon as we have further information on the matter. At the moment, we still do not know the contents of the <strong>Supercharge Pack<\/strong>.
