This update does not introduce any gameplay <\/strong>adjustments, as the developers are still collecting data from all matches played by the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, several issues have been resolved within some of the most popular modes in NBA 2K26 \u2013 specifically The City, MyCareer, and MyTeam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, it was announced that the developers are addressing the most basic issues with these patches. The update, which will be released before the start of Season 2, will include a major fix that will improve the entire game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GAMEPLAY <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • No gameplay changes have been made in this patch as we continue to monitor games across various modes by players of all skill levels <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    THE CITY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    • Numerous fixes to game stability in The City have been made<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed a disconnect that was occurring for some users in Pro-Am games<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed a reported hang when attempting to go online in MyCOURT while customizing the floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Addressed a tracking issue with the number of Takeovers unlocked in Lifetime Challenges<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Resolved an issue with the treadmill workout in the Gatorade Training Facility that prevented 4 stars from being earned <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      MyCAREER<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • GOAT Skills Accolade quests will now earn VC rewards as expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        MyTEAM<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        • Improved the performance of the Auction House menus<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Coaches will no longer be removed from lineups when editing them after first entering the mode<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Added safeguards to prevent players from getting stuck in the Welcome to MyTEAM tutorial <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          • Fixed an issue preventing some offseason tasks from being completed and new ones from being received <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
