The Second patch update, Title Update 1.3<\/strong>, for NBA 2K26<\/strong> has been officially announced. The update will be available for download starting Thursday<\/strong>, 11 September<\/strong>, across PS5 <\/strong>and Xbox Series X\/S<\/strong> platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This update does not introduce any gameplay <\/strong>adjustments, as the developers are still collecting data from all matches played by the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, several issues have been resolved within some of the most popular modes in NBA 2K26 \u2013 specifically The City, MyCareer, and MyTeam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the same time, it was announced that the developers are addressing the most basic issues with these patches. The update, which will be released before the start of Season 2, will include a major fix that will improve the entire game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GAMEPLAY<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • No gameplay changes have been made in this patch as we continue to monitor games across various modes by players of all skill levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    THE CITY \/ PARK \/ PRO-AM \/ REC \/ THEATER<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Fixed a reported game disconnect that was occurring for some users in Park, Theater, REC, and Proving Grounds games<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cap Breakers and Max +1\/+2 Badge Perks will now be correctly retained when leaving a Crew, and they will be restored to players who previously lost them in this situation<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Various fixes and improvements have been made to Challenges to ensure proper tracking and completion, particularly in relation to those that carry across saves<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Games played in the Gatorade Training Facility will now count towards Daily Challenge progress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Long camera cuts that could potentially block active gameplay on possession changes in Pro-Am games have been removed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Unqualified Takeover Abilities can no longer be activated in online games where Takeover Presets can be set<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Conditions for progressing the Up For The Challenge Performance Multiplier have been made easier<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fixed an errant \u201cEvent has ended\u201d message that appeared when entering The Theater under certain conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Resolved a rare hang that could occur when inviting players to your MyCOURT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      MyCAREER<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • Fixed an issue preventing certain quests from progressing when the objective required visiting your MyCOURT\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Resolved a rare hang that could occur when entering the NBA arena<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fixed a reported issue that could prevent Rebirth from being unlocked as expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        PC (ADDITIONAL UPDATES)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        • Addressed an issue causing incorrect keyboard button prompts to appear when attempting alley-oops in online games<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Custom shoes will now properly appear in the closet when owned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
