In an official press release shared with the media and across its social media channels, Electronic Arts<\/strong> announced the player who will appear on the cover of the Ultimate Edition<\/strong> of its upcoming football simulation title, EA Sports FC 27<\/strong>. Below is the full statement released by the Canadian publisher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier today, Electronic Arts<\/strong> confirmed that Real Madrid<\/strong> and France<\/strong> forward Kylian Mbapp\u00e9<\/strong> will be the cover star of the Ultimate Edition<\/strong> of EA Sports FC 27<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is not the first time the French international has featured on the cover of the franchise. Four years after his previous appearance, Mbapp\u00e9<\/strong> returns as the face of the latest instalment of the popular football simulation series.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his time at Real Madrid<\/strong>, Kylian Mbapp\u00e9<\/strong> finished as LaLiga EA Sports’ top scorer<\/strong> for two consecutive seasons. He also won the UEFA Champions League Golden Boot<\/strong> in the 2025\/26<\/strong> campaign after scoring 15 goals<\/strong> during the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The French superstar also proved his world-class quality on the international stage, finishing as the top scorer<\/strong> at the recently concluded FIFA World Cup<\/strong> while representing France<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
