According to the official statement released by EA Sports to have early access to the Transfer Market of the Web App and the Companion App it will be essential to access the FIFA 20 Ultimate Team mode via the consoles or the PC ( EA Access – EA Origin Access / Origin Premier ).

Playing FIFA 20 during the EA Access trial, the Origin Access trial, or once you have the full game can contribute to earning your access to the Transfer Market on the Web and Companion Apps.”

This means that all those who meet the essential requirements can have early access to the Web App and Companion App to redeem the pre-launch daily gifts but will not be able to enter in the transfer market.
