On Friday, August 7, extraordinary maintenance is currently underway on the servers hosting the popular Ultimate Team mode in EA FC 26.
During the maintenance period, the servers will be offline, which means that other online modes may also be unavailable.
The Canadian developer often announces extraordinary maintenance shortly before operations begin. It is also possible for match creation to be disabled without prior notice, and you will find all the necessary updates here.
According to the statement released by the Canadian developer, the maintenance will continue indefinitely until the issues preventing access to the available modes in EA FC 26 have been identified and resolved.

We also remind you that this week marked the start of the FUTTIES promotion, an event celebrating the very best of the Ultimate Team mode and the special player items released throughout the EA FC 26 season.
FUTTIES includes FUTTIES Icons and FUTTIES Heroes, as well as standard FUTTIES player items without PlayStyles or PlayStyles+. FUTTIES player items can be used in the PlayStyles Lab, allowing you to customize both PlayStyles+ and PlayStyles. The PlayStyles Lab now allows you to assign up to four PlayStyles+ to all eligible item rarities.
At the same time, the Canadian developer also released the Batch 2 Best Of FUTTIES Campaigns, featuring a selection of the most sought-after player items by the community that were released across every promotion during the Football Ultimate Team season.
