The Kit in question can be redeemed by completing these Weekly Objectives:

Celebrate Six
- Score 6 goals in any FUT game mode
Play to Prosper
- Play 5 matches in any FUT game mode
Finesse Fireworks
- Score 3 goals using Finesse shot in any FUT game mode
