Many people, following today’s release of patch 1.14 on PC, were amazed that EA did not take action against the tactic Overload Ball Side.
Important Update 11th March
EA has announced that it is continuing to monitor the abuse of using the Overload ball side tactic, even after the update of Title Update 12. We will inform you as soon as there is news.
“Just a heads up that we are continuing to look into Overload Ball Side and your feedback on it, including your thoughts after Title Update 12.”
This tactic was used ( perhaps abused ) even by the Pro Players during the last Fifa eWorld Cup.
In fact it seems that this tactic gives a significant advantage in the defensive phase, especially to the team that is already in the lead, making it almost impossible to recover the disadvantage.
EA however through its social networks has warned that they are taking this seriously and are monitoring it. They will give further information, in the coming weeks, on what they intend to do to solve this problem.
