The playable demo of FIFA 21 will represent the first real opportunity to try pad in hand the new chapter of the football simulator of Electronic Arts. For years now we have been used to a release by the end of September while for this edition we will have to wait for 9 October and consequently also the demo will be released a few days later than the traditional period.
Usually the Canadian software house releases a playable demo two weeks before the final release, so presumably we will be able to play FIFA 21, on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms, Wednesday 23 September or at the latest Monday 28 September.
As usual, in the FIFA 21 demo, you can use a limited number of teams, usually clubs that have signed a partnership contract with EA Sports, and one of the most important stadiums available on the official roster. So it is reasonable to expect the possibility of being able to use teams like Liverpool, Manchester City, Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Real Madrid, Inter, Milan and Atletico Madrid. With some confidence we can expect that the Champions League winner, who will end in August, will be present, because EA still have the rights of the competition for 2 years yet.
In the demo we expect to find the classic Kick-off mode that will allow you to play 4-minute games and some previews of one of the most important FIFA 21 features, perhaps the renewed Volta Football mode. Unfortunately, as has been happening for years, it will not be possible to preview the most popular mode of the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team series.
At the moment Electronic Arts has not released official press releases regarding the playable demo of FIFA 21, which will probably happen in August during the events dedicated to the presentation of the new chapter of the series.
Recall that by applying for FIFA 21 on the PlayStation®4 or Xbox One system before the release of FIFA 22, you can obtain the equivalent version of the next generation console (Xbox Series X or PlayStation®5 system) at no additional cost thanks to Dual Entitlement.
