EA Sports, through social media, has released an official statement regarding the incorrect sorting of some cards and rewards in the popular FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode.
Feedback from the community concerned the inability to redeem packs or cards after completing the dedicated SBC. In the following hours, the Canadian software house proceeded to sort the contents again to solve the issue. When the packs and cards sorting procedure began, they were also mistakenly sorted into accounts that were not affected by the issue.
Consequently, all those who had managed to redeem the rewards by completing the SBC have again obtained packs (Icon Mid / Prime, Ultimate Packs) in the shop and duplicates in the items to be awarded (Messi POTM). In addition, some players have received extra rewards even without having ever completed the SBC, in short, a real luck.
EA Sports has announced that all those who have received the packs and cards sorted by mistake, will keep the rewards in their account.
Below is the official press release:
“The community alerted us to an issue where a small number of players did not receive group rewards from SBCs. When providing those players with the missing rewards, we also incorrectly provided some non-impacted players with additional content. Those players will be able to keep that content.”
In this negative period, EA Sports, in addition to having to solve the issue concerning the black market scandal of Icon Prime Moments and TOTY, now must also try to appease the anger of the community that claims to receive the same rewards ( incorrectly delivered ) because in this way the ecosystem of FUT 21 has been altered.

FIFA 21 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and in December 4th for the Next Gen PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X platforms Keep on following us also through our social Facebook and Twitter for other news and information.
