On the page dedicated to the FIFA 21 Ultimate Team mode available on the official PlayStation site, new content has been added that should be released during the Festival OF FUTball event.
Update: EA Sports has confirmed the Summer Stars event, the promo will start on Friday 2 July and confirms our forecast available at the end of the article.
According to reports, the players who achieve the best results during this month ( June 11 – July 11 ) of play will enter the Summer Stars, where eligible players will receive important permanent upgrades based on how they played for their team.

At the moment EA Sports has not released official press releases regarding this content which will probably be released with two different teams as usually happens in all the promos released by the Canadian software house.
There are two hypotheses regarding the release of these new special cards:
