According to what was communicated by EA Sports, there would have been an issue with the Icon Swaps Player Pick. Icon Swaps are tokens that can be redeemed in-game by completing certain Objectives.
Thanks to the release of the new 9 Swaps this week with 17 Tokens it was possible to redeem the Base, Mid or Prime Icon Player Pick. Unfortunately, however, according to EA Sports, this Pick never released Prime Icons. Of course, EA Sports has stated that the issue is now solved and that all those who have suffered the issue will be compensated with a new Player Pick.
We will update you as soon as we have info on sorting the new Picks. Below is the official press release:
“We are aware that the 1 of 2 Base, Mid, or Prime Icon Swaps Player Pick did not feature any Prime Icon Items. This issue has been addressed earlier today, and players who already made their picks prior to this will receive a new Icon Swaps Player Pick in the coming days.”
