It really seems that this beginning of the year is not going very well when it comes to sorting rewards in FIFA 23. In fact, after the glaring mistake of the FUT HERO Tradeable Pack, there was another mistake in sorting the rewards earned by playing in the FUT 22 Pre-Season.
In fact, although there are currently special cards in the Packs, these are not released in the Rewards packs of the FUT 22 Pre-Season. Special cards are issued as simple Gold cards.
Of course, EA Sports has withdrawn, for now, the sorting of the Rewards. They assured them that they will solve the issue and those who received the Gold card will receive the correct special item.
Below is the official press release:
“The FUT 22 Pre Season Reward Packs incorrectly contained Gold versions of Player Items that currently have Special Items active. This pack rollout has been temporarily disabled and impacted players will be sent a corrected pack in-game in the coming days. Some players incorrectly received TOTW 2 Player Items from their Loan & Untradeable Players Pack instead of TOTW 1 Player Items. Impacted players have been sent a corrected version of the Pack in-game.”
