TOTY Honorable Mentions cards are special cards for players who have stood out in the year 2022. Either for performances or for a single particularly important skill. These are the best footballers of 2022 who failed to get into TOTY though.
Otamendi has obtained an important boost to his base card stats: +17 to Pace, +6 to Shooting, +8 to Passing, +10 to Dribbling, +7 to Defending and +6 to Physical. It also had a boost at the Skill Moves ?* and Weak Foot ?* too.

- Score 7 goals while having at least 3 Liga Portugal players in your starting squad in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals).
- Skillful Scorer
- Score 5 goals using Argentinian players in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals).
- Brick Wall
- Assist 4 goals using players with min. 80 DEF in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals).
- Winners Attitude
- Win 5 matches in Squad Battles on min. Semi-Pro difficulty (or Rivals).
