EA Sports has just announced that they have distributed some TOTS cards as compensation for an error in the description of a purchasable Pack in the Store. The affected pack was the TOTS Elite Pack, which was supposed to provide loaned TOTS cards rated 92+.
However, the issue was quite specific. It turns out that only the German description of the TOTS Elite Pack did not include the term “on Loan.” After approximately three weeks, EA Sports delivered a pack containing 5 TOTS cards rated 92+ to the accounts of only German players who had purchased the TOTS Elite Pack.
Naturally, complaints have arisen from other users who now also want this very enticing “gift.” Find the Official statement below:
“We recently addressed an issue with the TOTS Elite Pack description in German, it was updated to specify that the five Player Pick Items were Loan Items. German language players who obtained this Pack before this update have been sent five Player Picks between 3 TOTS or TOTS Moments Player Items rated 92 OVR or higher, in-game.“
