Through a press release, EA Sports revealed the official details about the new Shapeshifters Promo in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
Experience a footballing world from another universe.
Selected players will be receiving position changes and stats upgrades to match. Including Icons for the first time and Premium Chemistry Shapeshifters.
Shapeshifters Icons will be available in packs and select SBCs throughout the Campaign. Look out for Shapeshifter Icon Twins, where 2 different Shapeshifter versions of the same Icon will be in packs at the same time.
Also, Shapeshifters will be the first Campaign to feature Premium Chemistry items with upgraded Chemistry. Premium Shapeshifter items will have the same Chemistry abilities as Heroes but with an additional Club Link, helping open up exciting new squad building opportunities.

SHAPESHIFTERS ICONS AND TWIN ICONS

CAMPAIGN TIMELINE
See the first main release of Shapeshifters Player Items now in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team™, with a mini release to follow on Sunday 18 June. There will also be a second team launching Friday 23 June and a third team Friday 30 June. Shapeshifters Player Items will be in packs for a limited time.
The Shapeshifters campaign will also see Shapeshifters themed content available across Objectives, Squad Building Challenges, and more available in FUT 23.

HOW DOES PREMIUM CHEMISTRY WORK?
Player items with Premium Chemistry have the same chemistry qualities as Heroes, in addition to their Club link. They will receive Full Chemistry when in their designated position and give two League links instead of one.
