According to leaked information on the net, a new type of Icons for FIFA 23 is said to be on the way. These Icons would be called “End Of An Era Icons.”
The leak comes from FUT Scoreboard, a well-known and reliable insider, who not only revealed the information but also shared the graphics of the card. We don’t know who these cards will be dedicated to, but one idea could be to give this special card to players who retired in this season and are destined to become future Icons.
Examples could be Ibrahimovic or Fabregas. There are also players like Hamsik, Bale, and Ozil, who already received the classic End Of An Era card. We don’t have any details yet on the arrival date of these End Of An Era Icon Cards. Additionally, they might be available in Packs during the Futties promotion, or players could obtain them through Squad Building Challenges (SBCs).
