Today, October 12th, is the day when EA Sports distributed Rewards to all FIFA 23 players who completed in-game Pre-Season objectives. The distribution of Rewards did indeed happen, but according to their statement, there were some issues.
These issues forced EA Sports to temporarily halt the sending of Packs to EA SPORTS FC 24 players. At the moment, what we know is that some players who completed the objectives received incorrect packs, and even some who hadn’t completed the Pre-Season objectives in FIFA 23 received expensive packs.
It seems that some Packs 85+ x5 Players were sent, which were not part of the official Rewards. This understandably sparked complaints from players who received nothing.

Update October 18 12:30 PM – Impacted players have been sent the correct Join The Club Pack in-game, thanks for your patience.
“The Join The Club III Pre-Season Reward was incorrectly giving players an 85×5 Player Pack. The reward has been temporarily disabled while we address the issue and will return in the coming days. Additionally, some players who previously completed Join The Club I received an incorrect Join The Club Pack and will be sent the corrected content in-game in the coming days.”
