The official website of the Ligue 1 Conforama has unveiled the nominee for the Player Of The Year 2019 and Young Player of The Year 2019.
Recall that the winner will receive a dedicated card for the FIFA 19 Ultimate Team mode and you can receive it by completing the dedicated Squad Building Challenges that will be available in May by EA Sports.
