Unfortunately during the release of the first TOTS there was a mistake concerning some players who were not only in the Weekly Objectives but also in the packages.

Due to an earlier error, TOTS Sissoko, Rodri and Onana were announced as available in packs when the Community Team of the Season was announced. They were only intended to be released as Weekly Objectives (Onana and Rodri) and an SBC (Sissoko).
To correct the error, Rodri, Onana and Sissoko have now been added to Gold and Special as TOTS versions. Rodri and Onana will also remain as Weekly Objectives and Sissoko will still be released later in the week as an SBC.
Anyone who packed a non-TOTS version or Rodri, Onana or Sissoko between 6 pm UK and 9:10 pm UK will get a tradeable TOTS version of the player. This will happen once we have finished identifying which players are effected.
If you packed the 3 affected players from an untradeable pack then you will get an untradeable TOTS version of the equivalent player. If you packed them from a tradeable pack, you will get a tradeable TOTS version.
