Ultimate Founders Evolution will soon be available in EA FC 24. You can evolve the player card that meets the requirements for the Ultimate Team mode by completing the objectives. The Evolution requirements can be achieved by accessing UT.
Update: The evolution in question was announced through EA Sports’ official social media channels, but it is not yet available in-game. We are awaiting an official statement from the Canadian software house.
