Electronic Arts has announced that, to celebrate UEFA Champions League nights, it will be releasing three new Heroes for the Ultimate Team mode in the football simulator EA FC 26.
For now, the Canadian studio hasn’t revealed the names of the players who will receive these special cards, but it has dropped a few clues that could help us make some educated guesses.
From the teaser image at the bottom of the announcement, it appears that the Hero nicknamed “The Rider” might be former French striker Louisa Necib.
The player referred to as “Il Condottiero” is believed to be Daniele De Rossi, the former Roma midfielder, while the one dubbed “The Rocker Mystique” could be none other than Ricardo Quaresma, the ex-Portuguese international.
However, opinions are divided on the latter. Many fans have pointed out that the Hero on the right side of the image sports a thick mane of hair reminiscent of former Inter Milan and Chile striker Iván Zamorano. This detail could be crucial, as the Portuguese playmaker was known for keeping his hair short throughout his career.
