EA Sports has announced that scheduled maintenance will be carried out on the servers hosting EA Sports FC 26 and Ultimate Team. The maintenance is taking place today, 4 February, and is expected to be completed by around 09:00 UTC.
During this time, players may experience disconnections or find themselves temporarily unable to access certain online features. Match creation will be disabled 30 minutes before maintenance begins, so if you’re planning to play a few Division Rivals or Squad Battles games, make sure to wrap them up early.
As many players already know, the Canadian developer often schedules server maintenance with limited advance notice. While these interruptions can be frustrating, they’re an essential part of ensuring stability and improving the overall gameplay experience.
It’s also worth noting that, during maintenance periods, matchmaking and transfer market access may be temporarily restricted across all platforms, including PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
