The Issue On PC Has Been Fixed
The issue with launching the FC 26 EA Play and EA Play Pro trials on PC has been addressed.

EA is investigating reports that some players are unable to launch the FC 26 EA Play and EA Play Pro trials on PC and is actively investigating.

PC Account Issue with EA Play Pro Subscription
PC users who have subscribed to the EA Play Pro service are experiencing a technical issue. Their accounts are not being recognised correctly, which means that EA FC 26 cannot be activated. Due to this issue, PC users are currently unable to play Electronic Arts’ new football simulator.
Maintenance Underway For The Launch Of The EA FC 26 Web App
The EA FC 25 Web App has been taken offline. Technicians are carrying out maintenance, which will last for an indefinite period, to prepare for the launch of the brand-new EA FC 26 Ultimate Team Web App, scheduled for 17 September.
To gain early access to the new Web App and the Companion App, players must have created an account by 1 August 2025 and played EA FC 25 Ultimate Team regularly.
