April 17 5:00 AM – EA has a maintenance coming up on April 17, 06:00 to 10:00 UTC. During this time, you may be disconnected or unable to access online services. Match creation will be disabled 30 min before the maintenance. Title impacted: EA SPORTS FC 24, FIFA 23 and FIFA 22 on all platforms.

April 12 4:30 PM – There are issues occurring with the FUT Champions Weekend League servers. According to reports from several users, players are being disconnected from matches or victories are not being recorded. We are awaiting official communication from EA Sports.

March 21 6:15 PM – According to EA, the connectivity issues are believed to be due to the PlayStation Network. “PlayStation Network is down, so you may not be able to play online.”

March 21 4:20 PM – We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with the Matchmaking of the Ultimate Team mode of EA Sports FC 24. We are awaiting official communications from Electronic Arts. Further updates will be provided when and if they become available.

March 16 7:00 PM – EA has addressed an issue where the Ultimate Team Champions Rewards where not providing the Campaign Mix Player Pick. Impacted players will receive corrected rewards in-game in the coming days.

January 19 11:45 PM – The user IamFrench on X seems to have found a temporary solution to the graphical and gameplay issues affecting FC 24 Ultimate Team since tonight. You can see the Temporary Fix HERE!

January 19 10:00 PM – EA is investigating reports of players experiencing some gameplay-impacting issues during EA SPORTS FC 24 matches. If you’re experiencing an issue, shut down the title completely and re-launch it.

January 19 9:30 PM – Numerous Graphic Bugs are being encountered during matches in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team. These bugs prevent playing the matches correctly. The issue is present in all game modes. We are awaiting communication from EA Sports.

October 11 9:30 PM – It seems that the connectivity issues were apparently due to the PSN Network because of a hacker attack. News that we will confirm when there are more details.

October 4 9:30 a.m. – It appears there are connectivity issues on the servers hosting FC 24 Ultimate Team. The problem doesn’t affect everyone, but only certain countries and specific connections. We will keep you updated with more information.

October 1 11:20 a.m. – The Foundation V SBC group had been temporarily disabled. This was previously addressed, and we have started rolling out items submitted to impacted players in-game.

September 27 2:00 p.m. – The start date for the first UT Champions Finals event in EASFC 24 has been updated to start on October 6.

September 26 12:00 p.m. – Title Update 1 is now available for the PS4/PS5/XB1/XBSX|S versions of EA SPORTS FC 24 and addresses some stability issues that could have impacted some players.

September 21 3:15 pm – EA temporarily removed the Foundation V SBC group due to issues identified with a formation in the group. This has been addressed and the group is now live. Anyone who submitted Items to any of the SBC challenges will have their Items returned in the coming days.
