It’s only April, but for weeks now, various details about EA Sports FC 24, the new football simulation game, have been leaking out. After the leak of the new Traits system, it’s now the turn of the new Icons and Heroes that could be added to the Ultimate Team mode.
There are plenty of big names on the list, including Tevez, Bobby Charlton, Zico, Aguero, Robben, and Ribery. There are also lesser-known but intriguing players who could be worth using, such as Kanu, Riise, Berbatov, and Japanese champion Nakamura.
Here is the full list of the potential new Icons and Heroes that could be added to FUT.

Of course, the list is provisional as there are still many months until the release of EA Sports FC 24, and unexpected changes are always possible. It’s worth remembering that in the past, several players such as Di Stefano and Zico were added to the list but never actually appeared in the game due to contractual issues.
The FUT Sheriff insider warns that the list is still being tested and is not final. It’s also not yet clear which players will be added as Icons and which as Heroes. What do you think? Do you like the idea of these new players being added to the roster?
