The latest Title Update 17.1 for FIFA 21 will be available today July 15 on PlayStation 5 and includes the change below.
The update will make some changes to address some issues with PlayStation Store. This update will not be released for other platforms.

Addressed the following issue:
- Players were prevented from linking to certain areas of the PlayStation Store.
