The Premier League, with an official statement, has decided to postpone the Match Round this week as a mark of respect for Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Official Update: The Premier League has announced the suspension of this weekend’s fixtures which includes Manchester City vs Tottenham. The Alvarez and Perisic Showdown items will both receive a +2 upgrade as a result. No further upgrades will be given regardless of the result of the match when it is played. The upgrades will be given shortly after when the game was scheduled to be played.

To honour her extraordinary life and contribution to the nation, and as a mark of respect, this weekend’s Premier League match round will be postponed, including Monday evening’s game.
Richard Masters, Premier League Chief Executive, said: “We and our clubs would like to pay tribute to Her Majesty’s long and unwavering service to our country.
