EA Sports has just announced that a new card will be available for the Eduardo Camavinga Ones To Watch Objective Player.
At the moment, the card is not yet available in-game and we do not know when it will actually be available. It will certainly be available in the Ones To Watch promo which will start on October 1st.

Ones To Watch player items will upgrade when a player receives a qualifying performance-based in-form (Team of the Week, Man of the Match). For FUT 22, OTW players will also get a one-time +1 In Form upgrade if their team wins five out of their next ten domestic league games starting from October 1, 2021.
