Issues are occurring today for those attempting to enter and play in the FUT Champions Weekend League.
Specifically, those who intend to access the Play-Offs in order to qualify for the Weekend League on November 12th see a warning appear with the words “The current FUT Champions event has ended”.
Update 10:55 pm – EA is still working to restore access to FUT Champions Play-Offs. Updates to come when more information is available.
EA Sports said they are aware of this and will release more details later: “We are aware of questions around the messaging players have received in game, when trying to enter the FUT Champions mode – we’ll look to share a full update later today.”
We need to understand what EA Sports will do, whether it will reopen qualifying or wait for the start of the new season. Some players have played the Play-Offs on Sunday would have already qualified and it is still unclear whether these layers need to retrain again.
