FIFA 22 How to earn access to the FUT Transfer Market on the Web App and Companion App

EA Sports, through its official website, has disclosed some guidelines on the Transfer Market area of the new Web App and the new Companion App of the popular FIFA 22 Ultimate Team mode.

To help keep FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) a safe experience for all players, play by the FIFA rules to unlock the Transfer Market.

We know that earning access to the Transfer Market is important to our players. So here’s what you need to know to unlock access:

HOW TO GET TRANSFER MARKET ACCESS

Our advisors can’t grant access to the FIFA Transfer Market, nor can they tell you when you’ll get access.

Access to the Transfer Market is a privilege for our players. That means if you’re brand new to FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT), you’ll need to earn access to the Transfer Market before you can use it.

If you’ve accessed the Transfer Market in previous FIFA games, you may get access right away if your FUT account is in good standing. But if you need to earn access again for FIFA 22, read on to learn how.

How long it takes to unlock the Transfer Market is based on a few different factors

  • Your account history and if it’s in good standing by following the FIFA rules.
  • How many different FUT accounts you’re using on the same device.
  • How many active days of FUT you’ve played.
    • An active day is when you’ve played three full matches in FUT and logged into the Web or Companion App within a calendar day, following UTC timezones, per FUT account.

Playing more than three matches per day won’t increase your chances of unlocking the Transfer Market.

Here are some examples of how long it may take

  • For a FUT account that’s in good standing and is the only account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, playing two active days would normally earn you access.
  • For a FUT account in good standing that’s not the only FUT account that’s been created on or logged into from a device, it would take at least four active days to earn access. Depending on the number of FUT accounts used on a device, it could take longer.
    • That means if you share your device with siblings or friends who also play FUT, it may take more time to gain access on each FUT account.

How will I know when I’ve earned access?

We’ll send a message to your FUT account in-game to let you know when you’ve unlocked access. You can also check the Web and Companion App to see if you can access it.

One thing to remember: to continue using the Web and Companion Apps after October 17 at 11:59 p.m. UTC, you’ll need to buy a copy of FIFA 22.

TRANSFER MARKET BLOCKED ON WEB AND COMPANION APPS

If you get this message, your account has been blocked from the Transfer Market on the FIFA Web and Companion Apps due to breaking our rules. You should still be able to use the Transfer Market in-game from your PC or console.

When you break the rules, we’ll send an email with more information to the email address that’s tied to your EA Account. Don’t see one? Check your junk or spam folders, too.

FULLY BLOCKED FROM TRANSFER MARKET

This message means that your account has been blocked from the Transfer Market both in-game and on the Web and Companion Apps, due to breaking our rules.

Can I get unbanned from the Transfer Market?

If you get a block or ban on your account, we’ll send you an email that explains why. We take these measures to ensure our communities remain positive, fun, fair and safe for all.

What if I was banned from the Transfer Market in FIFA 21?

Your Transfer Market ban won’t roll over to FIFA 22, but you’ll need to earn access again using the information above.
