FIFA 22 Patch: Title Update 5 Increased the likelihood of a player retaining the ball

EA Sports has announced a new Title Update 5 for the FIFA 22 football simulator. The patch in question will be released on Tuesday, February 1 on PC, Steam and Google Stadia platforms.

The patch in question will also be released in the next days for the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S and Xbox One platforms. Below is the complete fix of Title Update 4 disclosed by the Canadian software house.

The update makes some changes to solve some problems found in the Ultimate Team, Career, Volta Football and Pro Club modes. In addition, corrections have also been made to the gameplay.

The latest Title Update will soon be available for the PC (Origin/Steam) version of FIFA 22 and it will include the changes below.

Gameplay

Made the following change:

  • Increased the likelihood of a player retaining the ball after intercepting or blocking a Ground Pass.
    • This change has no effect on how often Ground Passes are intercepted and blocked, it only impacts the outcome of interceptions and blocks.
