Team Ice was released today following the Fire one for the new FUT Versus Promo. Unfortunately, an issue was found immediately. In fact, by opening the packs at 6:00 pm, instead of getting Team Ice players, the community continued to get Team Fire Players. The situation lasted for a couple of hours.
At 8:00 pm, however, Electronic Arts announced that it had resolved the issue and that now, by opening the packs, the correct Items are obtained.
Of course, EA also added that those who have obtained the incorrect Player will be refunded with the correct item. What can I say, the Players were lucky as they will now have two versions (fire and Ice) of the same player and which they can eventually resell.
We are sure that now there will be complaints from those who, for free, would like a FUT Versus Promo Item to compensate for the gifts made to other Players.

We’re aware of reports of players receiving the incorrect version of Versus Player items. An issue was identified and going forward players will no longer be impacted. We will be reaching out to previously impacted players in-game to provide the correct content.
