EA Sports, through a notice that appeared in-game, communicated the presence of an issue in the FIFA 22 Ultimate Team mode with Joe Cole FUT Heroes card.
At the moment it is not clear the issue that does not allow to use the card of the former English Chelsea striker also because, in theory, it shouldn’t be available in packs yet. Stay tuned to our pages, we will continue to follow the story and we will not fail to update you on the matter.

“We are investigating an issue impacting the FUT Heroes Player Item Joe Cole. During this time, players who have Joe Cole in their active Squad will not be able to start a match until the item is removed from Squad.”
