A few minutes ago the Trial version of FIFA 23 was released for subscribers to the EA PLAY service. The Trial should have been available from this midnight, but it seems that EA Sports has anticipated the times. On Xbox and Playstation, there are no issues, while it seems that for PC users there would be a problem with the New AntiCheat EAAC system.
In fact, at the time of startup, an error appears that prevents you from playing. The fault would be the new AntiCheat system. The issue, however, would be easy to solve. In fact, according to what several users found, it would be enough to start the Origin/EA App executable in Administrator mode ( Origin.exe ).
- Windows key
- Type EA or Origin
- Right-click the program and select Run as Administrator
A small mistake that can be easily solved. We are sure that EA will release a Patch soon to avoid running into the problem further.

Walkthrough for some running issues in FIFA on PC.
- Program Files > EA > AC > EAAntiCheat.Installer
- Open that, and there will be a scroll-down menu.
- Select FIFA 23, and click “uninstall”.
- Once this is done, run Origin as admin and press “play” in FIFA 23. You will start seeing a new error which is an Anti-Cheat error and there will be a reinstall option. If you press this it won’t work, but you’ll have to resolve this error first.
- Now completely close Origin. Open Origin again as administrator, repair FIFA 23. This will recreate your AC folder again, but this time it will be fixed.
