EA Sports has announced a gift for everyone who logs into FIFA 23 from November 9th to January 3rd. The gift consists of a new type of Special card called the FIFA World Cup History Maker.
The peculiarity of this History maker card is that it will be upgradeable twice, once on January 13 and once on February 14.
It is not the only gift because in addition to this special card we will also get an Icon or a FUT Hero from the same Country of History Maker on loan.

History Makers cards are expected to be similar to FIFA 22’s Next Generation cards but will have a double Upgrade.

Play FIFA 23 by January 3 and you’ll pick up a loan ICON or loan FUT Hero for seven FIFA Ultimate Team matches, and a special untradeable FIFA World Cup History Makers player from the same country whose OVR will boost twice: once in January and once in February.
Who is eligible for the offer?
The FIFA World Cup History Makers offer is available to players on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC via Origin/EA app, Epic, and Steam who log into FIFA 23 between 12:00 am PT on November 9, 2022 and January 3, 2023 11:59 PM PT. The offer excludes trial versions of FIFA 23 (including the EA Play trial version) and log-ins via the FIFA 23 Companion or Web App.

As long as they have at least one match remaining on their loan, loan items can also be used in friendly matches and within FUT Moments without using up any of their remaining matches. Loan items are untradeable and cannot be sold on the Transfer Market or via quick sell.
