We are now very close to the release of the first information on FIFA 23. In this article, we will clarify several aspects of the new football simulator arriving in September. Recall that this is the last year that EA Sports will be able to call its title FIFA. From next year, FIFA and EA Sports will separate and the new football titles will be called EA Sports FC.
Release Date
According to the latest leaks, the Release Date of FIFA 23 should be September 30th on all platforms PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, Stadia and Nintendo Switch platforms.
As every year, based on the versions of the game purchased, there be an Early Access starting from September 21st, as accessed last year with EA Access Premium subscribers on Origin PC. For the other console versions, with standard EA Access, the early access will be 3 days before September 27th.
Probable DEMO Release Date
Last year EA Sports has decided not to release a Demo for FIFA 22. What will I do this year? We believe that by now the Canadian house has decided to continue on this path and not to release any DEMO this year either.
In any case, if a DEMO is released, it will be available about a couple of weeks before the release. So on September 14th.
Release Platforms
This year FIFA 23 will be released simultaneously on all platforms, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, PC, Stadia, PS4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. However, those who buy the Old Gen version can hardly have the upgrade to the Next Gen version for free like last year with the Dual Entitlement. Also because of the first information the Next Gen version will be very different from the Old Gen.

Fortunately, the PC version this year should be on the same level as the Next-Gen Versions. For the first time ever, we will have Cross-Play which already had an important testing phase in FIFA 22.
Pre Order
For Pre-orders, they will most likely start on July 20th in fact according to some leaks on this date we should have the first Trailer Reveal of FIFA 23. As usual, there will be 3 versions, Standard, Champions and Ultimate each with a different additional Bonus.
And the cover man?
In all likelihood, at least for the Ultimate version, the presence of Kylian Mbappe as Cover Man should be confirmed. Mbappé could always be present on the other versions, but we do not exclude the presence of other ambassadors on the Standard and Champions edition. Some names could be Vinicius Jr., Davies, Mount, Son, Alexander-Arnold etc.
Web App and Companion App
As for the Web App, It should be released on September 20th with the release of the first TOTW the following day of Wednesday as always.
What do we expect
We expect important Upgrades from a Graphic and Gameplay point of view. Finally this year the power of Next-Gen consoles will be fully exploited. According to some Leaks, there should be an updated version of the Hypermotion that will make the animations and movements of the players on the pitch even more real.
