In the last few hours, Electronic Arts has revealed some useful information about the new football simulator EA Sports FC 24 ( FIFA 24 ), set to be released on September 29th. For those who are subscribed to EA Play, they will have the opportunity to try out the game hands-on starting from September 22nd.
On the same day, Electronic Arts also unveiled the first cover of the Ultimate Edition of EA Sports FC 24, featuring some of the most prominent players in the global football scene. It includes legendary figures who have made significant contributions to the history of the sport, as well as emerging young talents who are expected to have their own impactful moments.
On Thursday, July 13th, the official trailer for EA Sports FC 24 was released, which is included at the end of this news article. After the video, Electronic Arts provided detailed information about the content of some of the most beloved game modes among fans of the football simulator.
Let’s proceed in order. After numerous rumors circulating in recent weeks, the confirmation has finally arrived. In the most popular mode of EA Sports FC 24, Ultimate Team, it will be possible to create mixed-gender teams. For the first time in an Electronic Arts simulator, we will see teams composed of both male and female players on the field. This has stirred some discontent within the community, as the new gameplay mechanics and how they will address the significant physical gap between men and women are still uncertain.
Through Steam, the minimum and recommended system requirements have also been disclosed to optimize the performance of EA Sports FC 24 on the PC platform. Additionally, it has been announced that Cross-Play will be available in the Pro Clubs mode. Cross-Play is not an entirely new feature, as after just one year of testing, the Canadian software company has decided to extend this functionality to a mode beloved by a significant portion of the community.
The day has been filled with announcements, and it’s not over yet. To end on a high note, Electronic Arts has also revealed some of the key features that will characterize the popular Ultimate Team mode and the beloved and timeless Career mode.
